MEN’S BASKETBALL

Adam Fravert, Senior (Marshfield, Wis.), Forward of UW-Oshkosh

Fravert averaged 21.8 points, 8.8 rebounds and 4.3 assists during UW-Oshkosh’s four games played from Dec. 16 through Jan. 5. Fravert compiled 87 points by shooting 52.4 percent (33-of-63) from the field and 58.3 percent (7-of-12) at the free-throw line. He made 14-of-31 (45.2 percent) three-point shots, while totaling 35 rebounds (30 defensive), 17 assists, six steals and six blocked shots. The Titans compiled a 2-2 record during the four games, including a 93-76 neutral-court victory over LaGrange College (Ga.) on Dec. 30, and a 79-63 home win over previously unbeaten and nationally ranked UW-La Crosse on Jan. 4. UW-Oshkosh also lost road decisions of 96-95 (overtime) to St. Norbert College (Wis.) on Dec. 17, and 87-80 to nationally ranked Emory University (Ga.) on Dec. 29. Fravert became the first Titan since the 2002-03 season to score 30-plus points in consecutive games when he tallied 30 against Emory University and a career-high 37 against LaGrange College. In UW-Oshkosh’s loss to Emory University, Fravert tallied 30 points by shooting 12-of-23 from the field and 2-of-4 at the free-throw line. He made 4-of-10 three-point shots, while totaling eight rebounds, four steals and three assists. During the Titans’ win over LaGrange College, Fravert accumulated 37 points by shooting 15-of-23 from the field and 2-of-4 at the free-throw line. He made 4-of-10 three-point shots, while totaling eight rebounds, six assists and three blocked shots. Fravert also scored 18 points with 10 rebounds and six assists during UW-Oshkosh’s overtime loss to St. Norbert College. He shot 5-of-12 from the field (five 3-point baskets) against the Green Knights and 3-of-4 at the free-throw line.

WOMEN’S BASKETBALL

Becky Raeder, Senior (Sheboygan Falls, Wis.), Guard of UW-Whitewater

Raeder averaged 12.4 points, 3.8 assists, 2.2 rebounds and 1.6 steals per game and posted shooting splits of 40.4 percent from the floor, 45.0 percent from 3-point range and 84.6 percent from the free-throw line in five games over the last three weeks to help the nationally-ranked Warhawks finish with a 5-0 record over that span and improved to 11-1 overall. She scored seven of her team-high 14 points in the fourth quarter during UW-Whitewater’s 53-52 triumph over Concordia University (Wis.) on Dec. 19 in Honolulu, Hawaii. Raeder tallied a season-high 21 points, including 10-of-12 shooting from the free-throw line, and added two steals in the Warhawks’ 75-69 win over nationally-ranked University of St. Thomas (Minn.) on Dec. 30 at the JustAGame Fieldhouse Shootout in Wisconsin Dells. She opened conference play on Jan. 4, with an 11-point, 3-assist performance during UW-Whitewater’s 67-41 victory over UW-Eau Claire.
