Looking Back

After an extended hiatus over the holiday and semester break, Wisconsin Collegiate Conference teams are working their way back into competition. Just one game was contested in the last week, as Washington fell to the Lakeland JV squad 90-36, though no stats information is available for the game.

Washington would receive a forfeit victory over Fox Cities on Saturday. Also on Saturday, the Marinette at Richland game was postponed, with no reschedule information available currently.

Looking Ahead

The second semester starts with three teams tied atop the league standings with 5-1 records: Marinette, Richland, and Wausau.

Just two games are scheduled for the coming week as teams work their way back to full speed. Tonight, Marshfield is scheduled to make the trek to Fox Cities, who is looking for its first win of the season, though the team did forfeit a game on Saturday. Marinette gets underway Saturday with a long trip across the state to Barron, who sits at 3-3 in league play.
