Senior Girls Basketball Awards: Post Finalists

Wisconsin Sports Network is proud to showcase the WSN High School Basketball Awards.

The finalists for the top senior post award have been selected. Winners are announced the week of the state tournament. 

Erin Hedman, New Berlin Eisenhower: Hedman is averaging 12.1 points, 8.1 rebounds and 1.5 blocks per game for the Lions, 18-6 overall. The 6-foot-3 Minnesota signee also shoots the ball well from behind the arc, making 44 of her 115 attempts this season. Hedman helped the Lions to a D2 state runner-up finish as a sophomore. She has career totals of 774 points and 625 rebounds heading into tonight's D2 sectional semifinal against Pewaukee at Greenfield High School. 

Jasmine Kondrakiewicz, Pius XI Catholic: Kondrakiewicz is averaging 12.5 points, 10.8 rebounds and 2.7 assists per contest for the Lady Popes, 21-3 overall. The 6-foot-1 Green Bay signee has compiled 914 points and 786 rebounds in her career. Pius XI Catholic plays Milwaukee School of Languages in a D2 sectional semifinal tonight at Brown Deer High School. 

Macy McGlone, Hortonville: McGlone has played a key role in the Polar Bears last two trips to the Resch Center. The 6-foot-2 Milwaukee signee is averaging 17.8 points and 8 rebounds per game for Hortonville, 23-1 overall. McGlone has career totals of 1,276 points and 703 rebounds. Hortonville plays Rhinelander in a D2 sectional semifinal tonight at Antigo High School. 

Sami Martin, Platteville: Martin has helped lead the Hillmen to a perfect record heading into tonight's D3 sectional semifinal against Prairie du Chien at Lodi High School. The 6-foot-2 Bradley University signee is averaging 17.6 points, 10.6 rebounds and 1.8 assists per game for Platteville, 23-0 overall. Martin has career totals of 1,522 points and 969 rebounds. 

Sitori Tanin, Middleton: Tanin helped lead the Cardinals to a D1 state runner-up finish as a junior. The 6-foot-2 Loyola University Chicago signee is averaging 14.7 points, 10.9 rebounds, 3.2 assists, 1.7 steals and 1.7 blocks per game for Middleton, 23-1 overall. Tanin has compiled 915 points in her career heading into tonight's D1 sectional semifinal against Janesville Craig at Beloit Memorial High School.
