The WisSports.net Podcast for March 18th, 2020. WSN General Manager Travis Wilson tries to digest all that has happened in the last week, as the unprecedented response to the spread of COVID-19 led to the cancelation of the winter sports tournaments and delays to spring sports. WIAA Director of Communications Todd Clark joins the WSN Podcast to give more context and clarity to what the Association was considering in the days leading up to the state tourneys, how things changed so quickly, what things went into discussions to cancel the tournaments, and what could be ahead for spring sports.

The Wisconsin Football Coaches Association (WFCA) named Travis the 2015 recipient of the Dave McClain Distinguished Service Award. He currently serves on the WFCA Executive Board and is a member of the Executive Board of the Wisconsin Basketball Coaches Association. A graduate of Richland Center High School and Mount Mercy College in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, Travis was a three-sport athlete in high school (football, baseball, basketball), inducted to the Richland Center High School Hall of Fame in 2023, and currently resides in Reedsburg.
