We continue to wrap up the 2019-20 season with the updated girls' basketball scoring records.

Racine Lutheran's Caroline Strande finishes her career fifth on the state's all-time scoring list with 2,539 points.

The 5-foot-11 guard scored 882 points this season, which is the fourth-most points scored in a single season in state history.

Strande, a University of Minnesota signee, averaged 35.3 points per game and scored a career-best 45 points in a win over Wilmot on January 3, 2020.

Aquinas' Lexi Donarski and Stevens Point's Leah Earnest also joined the 2,000-point club and are in the top 20 all-time.

Donarski, who was named Miss Basketball by the WBCA, finished her career with 2,106 points to put her 16th on the state's all-time scoring list. The 5-foot-10 point guard and Iowa State University signee averaged 24.2 points per game as a senior.

Earnest compiled 2,084 points in her career to put her 18th on the state's all-time scoring list. The 5-foot-11 wing and Valparaiso University signee averaged 27.8 points per game as a senior. Earnest netted a career-high 43 points in a win over Wisconsin Rapids on January 31, 2020.

Milwaukee Pulaski co-op senior Shatima McFarland averaged 41.8 points per game in 13 games played. She reached 50 points four times this season, including scoring 59 points twice this season. The 59 points are the second-most points in a single game in girls' basketball state history.

Prescott junior Isabella Lenz and Marinette senior Katelyn Kitzinger each scored 51 points in a game during the 2019-20 season, which puts them in a tie for 16th on the state's single-game scoring list.
