The 2020 WIAA Boys Volleyball State Championship was held at Burlington High School on Saturday, as all matches took place in one day. Six teams qualified for the event, as top-seeded Marquette and second-seeded Kettle Moraine received byes into the semi-finals.

The action began with a straight set win for Arrowhead over Westosha Central in a quarterfinal contest. New Berlin Eisenhower/West dispatched Muskego in the other early game.

That set up the semi-final matches, where Marquette was a straight-set winner over Arrowhead. Second-seeded Kettle Moraine defeated the New Berlin Eisenhower/West co-op 3-0 in the other semi-final.

The top two seeds met up for the championship, with Kettle Moraine scoring a 25-20 win in the first set. The Lasers won the second set as well, though Marquette rallied to claim the third set. However, Kettle Moraine claimed the fourth set, winning its first WIAA state title in its seventh appearance.
