The Muskego Warriors have been selected as the Week 7 WSN Team of the Week following a statewide vote on WSN. The team dominated Hudson in a much-anticipated cross-state showdown. The Warriors were chosen from a strong group of nominees in Week 7. A total of 5,000 votes were cast, as Muskego's 2,099 votes edged Martin Luther's 1,768 votes.

It was a highly-anticipated replacement game Friday afternoon, as Division top-ranked Muskego met up with third-ranked Hudson in Sauk Prairie. However, it quickly turned into a blowout, as Muskego dominated throughout in a 54-7 victory. Muskego's ground game was too much for the Hudson defense, with the Warriors going for 421 yard and seven touchdowns on 47 carries. Josh Bulski had his way inside, carrying the ball 17 times for 141 yards and two touchdowns. Alex Current hit on some big runs on the outside, going for 125 yards and two touchdowns on just eight attempts, adding a 34-yard leaping touchdown reception as well. The defense limited Hudson to just 146 yards of offense, and 66 of that came in the fourth quarter against Muskego's backups when the score was already out-of-hand.

Remember folks, the only way your favorite team can be named WSN Team of the Week is to vote and share the word. Look for the Level 1 nominees to be posted Monday afternoon.
