Hayden Doyle of Brookfield East and David Joplin of Brookfield Central are repeat selections on the 2021 Wisconsin Basketball Coaches Association Boys Basketball All-State Team.

Doyle helped the Spartans to a 19-5 record this season as one of the state's top perimeter players. The 6-2 senior guard averaged 26.2 points per game this year, shooting 52.9% from the field, 78.1% from the free throw line, and 38.1% from deep, adding seven rebounds and four assists per game. He finished his career with 1400 points.

Joplin, a 6-7 Texas commit, was a four-year varsity standout for the Lancers, scoring 1,929 career points, including 25.6 per game as a senior. He averaged at least 20 points and 10 rebounds for a second straight season as Brookfield Central finished 19-6.

Hudson senior Luke Healy went over the 1000-point career scoring mark in 2020-21 and finished his time with the Raiders with 1,293 points. That included an average of 25.5 per game as a senior when he was one of the most efficient scorers in the state. The 6-0 guard averaged 5.0 rebounds and 3.4 assists per game as well.

De Pere sophomore John Kinziger is one of the top Class of 2023 players in the state after averaging 22.5 points per game in 2020-21. The 5-11 guard shot 45.3% from three-point and 88.4% from the free throw line, adding 4.3 rebounds and 3.7 assists per game as the Redbirds finished 22-4 overall.

Brian Parzych was the leading scorer and top facilitator for the well-balanced Division 1 state champion Wauwatosa East Red Raiders. The 6-1 senior guard made all the right plays for Tosa East en route to the title and was named the State Tournament MVP by WisSports.net. Parzych averaged 14.4 points, 4.6 rebounds, 4.8 assists, and 2.4 steals per game in his senior campaign.

Kimberly's Jackson Paveletzke helped the Papermakers to a share of the Fox Valley Association league title and the Division 1 state championship game. A 6-1 junior, Paveletzke averaged 19.2 points per game while shooting 58.3% from the field, 56.1% from behind the three-point line, and 87.1% from the charity stripe.

Tanner Resch of Sussex Hamilton had to step up his game significantly as a senior following the injury loss of All-State forward Patrick Baldwin, Jr. Resch nearly doubled his scoring output this season, going from 14.1 points per game as a junior to 27.3 per contest as a senior. He also contributed 5.5 rebounds and 3.9 assists per game for the Chargers.

Joe Reuter of Chippewa Falls emerged as one of the state's top scorers this season, averaging 25.8 points per game while shooting 51.5% from the field, 41.8% from behind the three-point line, and and incredible 92.4% from the free-throw line. Reuter finished his career with 1,220 points for the Cardinals.

Menomonee Falls junior point guard Seth Trimble continued to improve his game and was a big reason the Phoenix went 17-8 this year, including a 10-6 mark in the state's top conference, the Greater Metro. Holding several scholarship offers already, including a recent offer from Wisconsin, Trimble averaged 23.3 points, six rebounds, and 3.5 assists per game this year and already has more than 1200 career points.

Arrowhead's Mac Wrecke had a breakout sophomore season, averaging 24.9 points per game for the Warhawks, who finished second in the Classic Eight Conference. The versatile 6-4 forward averaged 4.6 rebounds and 2.1 assists per game for Arrowhead in 2020-21.
