There will be no playoffs for the alternate spring football teams, which means there are no divisional placements. In an effort to continue to recognize the outstanding teams and players while placing and evaluating teams in somewhat like-sized groupings, we will be using Large Schools (1000+ enrollment), Medium Schools (999-400), and Small Schools (399 or under) designations.

Large Schools

The top five remains unchanged, which means we'll close out this spring foot ball season with a huge matchup between top-ranked Fond du Lac and second-ranked Kimberly. Waunakee remains fifth this week coming off an impressive win over former number six Deforest, who drops one spot to seventh. Neenah drops out, and Superior rises to ninth this week after taking down Notre Dame, who had been the top-ranked team in the Medium Schools group.

Medium Schools

There's a new number one team this week, as Greendale ascends to the top spot, replacing Notre Dame. The Tritons had been number once since the beginning of the year, but a run of close games finally caught up to them as they fell to Superior 19-10 on Saturday. Notre Dame doesn't fall far, coming in at number two, just ahead of Menasha, the team the Tritons beat back in Week 1. Stoughton makes a jump from out of the rankings to seventh this week, as Columbus rejoins the poll as well. Whitnall and Milwaukee Lutheran drop out this week.

Small Schools

Omro retains the number one ranking in the Small Schools Coaches Poll, and fellow Flyway Conference member Lomira leapfrogs Bangor into the number two position. Unfortunately in the unbalanced league schedule, Omro and Lomira will not meet up this season. The only ranked team to lose last week was Cuba City, who went down to Black Hawk/Warren, though the Cubans narrowly remained in the poll at number ten.

8-Player

No changes in this week's 8-Player Football Coaches Poll, as teams capped off the last week of the spring season last week. Wisconsin Heights ends the year number one as the only unbeaten team. Oakfield, whose only loss came to Wisconsin Heights in a close one early on, is second. Sturgeon Bay is third and Wonewoc/West fourth. The Chequamegon Sreaming Eagles end the year as the fifth-ranked team.
