West Allis Hale posted an impressive 40-6 win over Milwaukee Lutheran on Friday, blowing open what had been a 12-0 game at halftime. Easton Scherer scored a seven-yard touchdown on the ground to open the second half scoring, and added a 40-yard interception return for a touchdown to help seal it up in the fourth quarter. He led the Huskies with nine tackles on defense.
Remember folks, the only way your favorite player can be named WisSports.net Player of the Week is to vote and share the word. Look for the Week 7 nominees to be posted Monday afternoon.
