Very few changes highlight the penultimate WVCA Coaches Poll of the 2021 season, released Tuesday.

Oconomowoc, Appleton North, Divine Savior Holy Angels, Burlington, and River Falls all remained in order for the second straight week in Division 1.

The race for the top spot in Division 2 was once again a near-coin toss, with Sauk Prairie edging Luxemburg-Casco for the second straight week. Similarly, right on the frontrunners' heels are Edgewood and McFarland, who return to No. 3 and No. 4. Catholic Memorial has found some momentum as of late, solidifying its No. 5 spot again in Week 7.

Howards Grove makes it seven straight weeks atop the Division 3 poll, ahead of Lake Country Lutheran and Fall Creek again in Week 7. Oconto and Randolph also remained in the top five.

The biggest shakeup this week occurred in Division 4. While Turtle Lake and Three Lakes continue to dominate the top two spots, Columbus Catholic and Monticello surged to No. 3 and No. 4, respectively. Catholic Central, the previous No. 3, fell to No. 5, just ahead of previous No. 4 McDonell Central.
