We asked, you voted, and Sussex Hamilton at Muskego has been selected as the Kwik Trip Game of the Week for Level 2 of the high school football season. A total of 4,016 votes were cast, as this one received 2,063 of those votes.

The Kwik Trip Game of the Week allows you, the fans, to pick what you feel is the biggest high school football game in the state each week. Not only will that game get featured on WisSports.net, but WSN General Manager Travis Wilson will make it his destination that week, with updates, photos, videos, and stories from the big game.

And of course, no trip to a big game in Wisconsin would be complete without a stop or two at Kwik Trip! Kwik Trip is a family-owned company with more than 700 stores around the Midwest, and has the best selection of snacks, drinks, and of course gas to fuel your pre- or post-game needs. So what will it be for you...glazers, chocolate milk, or maybe Travis' favorite the Spicy Chicken Sandwich!

The co-champion of the Classic Eight, Muskego, welcomes in the outright champion of the Greater Metro, Sussex Hamilton. Since getting upset by Oconomowoc mid-season, Muskego has looked very good, and last week got revenge on the Raccoons with a 35-0 running clock victory.

The Warriors are still the two-time defending state champions in Division 1, and while their 41-game winning streak came to an end earlier this year, they remain a threat a take home the gold ball once again thanks to a powerful, diverse rushing attack from the vaunted Wing-T. The trio of Sam Steuber, Carson Holman, and Hunter Logan all have at least 750 rushing yards with at least 10 scores on the ground.

Since allowing 49 points to Arrowhead in a shootout victory, the defense has buckled down and is allowing just five points per game in the last four wins.

Sussex Hamilton will post some challenges to the Warriors' defense behind prolific junior quarterback Nate Kollath. He enters this week with 2,172 passing yards and 31 touchdowns while completing nearly 60% of his passes. He's also the Chargers' leading rusher with 799 yards and 15 scores on the ground.

The outright champions of the Greater Metro Conference this year, Sussex Hamilton has won nine in a row since an opening non-conference loss to Mukwonago, a team that Muskego defeated earlier this year.
