Favorite Sport: "I'd have to say football is my favorite sport mostly because of the environment created by my teammates and how enjoyable every second is. Unlike other sports, every play is completely different and always brings something new."

Best Part of High School Sports: "The best part of high school sports is just building those friendships with my teammates. We make friendships that other people will never experience and I expect to carry that on."

Best Advice from a High School Coach: "The best advice any coach has given me is probably coach Drew Nelson in football when he tells us to look each other in the eyes and do it for our teammates. He always says, 'when you feel like giving up, do it for your brother.'"

Most Memorable Moment in High School Sports: "In my opinion, it would probably be beating Wittenberg-Birnamwood my freshman year. Although I didn't have a big part in that game, it was probably the coolest experience just because of how close of a game it was."

Best Part of Playing Three Sports: "I enjoy playing three sports because it always keep me active and in shape for the next season. I never have the chance to get lazy and I appreciate that."

Toughest Part of Playing Three Sports: "The toughest part of playing three sports is definitely the toll it takes on my body. I mean there's rarely a time I could say my body is not tired."

Favorite Opponent: "Amherst or Iola-Scandinavia just because of how competitive it always has been and I have some buddies on those teams so it's always nice to earn some bragging rights no matter the sport."

Favorite Professional Teams: Green Bay Packers, Milwaukee Brewers, Milwaukee Bucks

Favorite Professional Athlete: "My favorite pro athlete is JJ Watt. It's hard not to like the guy, especially since he is from Wisconsin and has been so successful in the NFL. He has done so much for the country and communities he has lived in."

Favorite College Teams: Wisconsin and Notre Dame

Cumulative GPA: 3.839

Toughest Individual You’ve Competed Against: Bryce Huettner of Iola-Scandinavia

Biggest Challenge of COVID-19: "I think the biggest challenge for me during the pandemic was staying healthy and in shape. While gyms and the school gym were shut down, it was hard to get myself to do workouts at home to stay in the swing of things."

Most Admired High School Teammate: "Jacob Firkus. He has always been my buddy, and he shows up every day ready to work and it always has pushed me to go harder."

College Plans: "I'd like to play either football or baseball in college, or maybe both. I plan to study sports management."
