Reedsburg senior Mahra Wieman has been selected as the RallyAroundUs Athlete of the Week for the week of December 27 - January 2 after a statewide vote on WisSports.net. 

There were 3,665 total votes this week. Wieman topped all vote getters with 1,634 votes. Belleville's Ava Foley came in second with 1,516 votes.

Wieman was incredible as Reedsburg won a pair of games and tournament title at the Watertown Holiday Classic. First she scored 21 points as Reedsburg routed Rhinelander 80-26. The Division 2, top ranked Beavers then squared off with a very formidable Germantown squad. Wieman had a career night as she poured in a career high 37 points as the Reedsburg outlasted Germantown 88-79.
