Favorite Sport (and why): "My favorite sport is basketball because I have played it my whole life and it has taught me so many things. I love basketball because the role of a teammate is what the game is centered around…it forces you to work together otherwise the team won’t be successful. It also has endless possibilities for growth and the growth can be easily measured."

Best Part of High School Sports (and why): "My favorite part about high school sports is the relationships I have made, and the competitive nature of all of them. I have grown so many relationships with people. I have coaches that I’ll always feel comfortable reaching out to, and I’ve made friendships that will last a lifetime. The competitive nature is also one of the best parts because everyone is competing for the same thing…a championship. You have to compete to earn that; you have to compete at a high level."

Best Advice from a High School Coach: “'Not too high, not too low' Coach VanderLoop always says this to us, and the advice emphasizes that humility is an important part of both sports and life."

Most Memorable Moment in High School Sports: "Winning the state championship last track season (2021). That will be a moment I will never forget."

Best Part of Playing Three Sports: "Experiencing so many different things. Every sport that I play has a different component as the center. Golf and Track are more individualized, and basketball is team-oriented. I’ve learned different ways to be successful, fight through adversity, have made so many friendships, and had the best time."

Toughest Part of Playing Three Sports: "Time management. I’m always running in different directions, and have to do schoolwork on top of it all. I’ve learned how to handle it and my mom helps me a lot, but it’s definitely the hardest part of playing three sports."

Favorite Opponent (and why): "I like playing Wrightstown in basketball because the game always has so much anticipation. Because it’s a rivalry, both communities show up and the gym is always packed. Both programs have been successful and it’s always a dog fight, no matter what the score may say."

Favorite Professional Team: The Bucks.

Favorite Professional Athlete: "JJ Watt. He’s a stand-up man, incredible football player, and Wisco alum!"

Favorite College Team: "Wisconsin. I love watching Wisconsin sports, but especially men’s basketball and football. My dad has season tickets to football games, and my grandpa has season tickets to basketball games so I get to go to a lot of games."

Cumulative GPA: 3.825

Toughest Individual You’ve Competed Against (and why): "Sammy Opichka in the sectional final game in 2021. She was on fire that game and literally couldn’t miss."

Most Admired High School Teammate (and why): "Callie Genke. She was always in the gym, offering me rides when I didn’t have my license, and was just a great teammate in general."

College Plans: "I will be attending South Dakota Mines to play basketball and golf, and pursue a degree in Chemical Engineering."

Activities Outside of Sports: "I love watching tv, reading, hanging out with my dog Maui, hiking/hammocking, four-wheeling, and spending time with friends."

I Find it Relaxing to: "Read a book on a beach."

Favorite TV Show: Gossip Girl

Favorite Movie: The Longest Ride

Favorite Musical Artist: Morgan Wallen
