Regis advanced to the Division 3 State Tournament last season before falling to runner-up Coleman. This season, Regis drops down to Division 4 and tops the Baseball Wisconsin Yearbook Pre-Season Division 4 Rankings. Junior pitcher and Texas commit Cole Selvig highlights a roster that has seven returning starters to the lineup.

Ithaca, Eau Claire Immanuel, Barneveld and Pecatonica round out the top five.
