The Wisconsin Basketball Coaches Association has announced Coach of the Year, Coaching Achievement, and College Player of the Year awards for the 2021-22 season.

Headlining the list were the High School Coach of the Year recipients.

Lee Rabas helped the Neenah boys basketball team to an outright title in the FVA, as the Rockets finished three games ahead of second place in one of the state's toughest conferences. Neenah would go on to capture the school's first state title since 1978, defeating Brookfield Central 64-52 in the Division 1 championship game to finish the season 29-1. Rabas was named the WBCA Boys Basketball Coach of the Year.

Todd Hansen led Kettle Moraine to the Division 1 state title, as the Lasers downed Appleton East 69-53 with a big second half. The team finished 27-3 on the season, winning an outright Classic Eight Conference title with a 15-1 league record. Hansen was named the WBCA Girls Basketball Coach of the Year.
