We asked, you voted, and Regis at Mondovi has been selected as the Kwik Trip and Wisconsin Dairy Game of the Week for Week 7 of the high school football season. A total of 4,755 votes were cast, as this one received 1,898 of those votes.

The Kwik Trip & Wisconsin Dairy Game of the Week allows you, the fans, to pick what you feel is the biggest high school football game in the state each week. Not only will that game get featured on WisSports.net, but WSN General Manager Travis Wilson will make it his destination that week, with updates, photos, videos, and stories from the big game.

And of course, no trip to a big game in Wisconsin would be complete without a stop or two at Kwik Trip and a chocolate milk!!

Regis is unbeaten and has outscored its Cloverbelt Conference competition 169-19 so far this season.

"We feel that we have gotten better each week," said head coach Bryant Brenner. "We struggled a bit offensively Week 1 but luckily our defense has been pretty consistent. We are always looking for ways to improve. The players have been very enjoyable to work with and we have gotten some very solid leadership out of our senior class."

The Ramblers have gotten a boost the last couple games from the return of senior Minnesota preferred walk-on commit Zander Rockow.

The dynamic duo of Dawson Rud and Jarod Falkner have helped the Buffaloes of Mondovi dominate Cloverbelt Conference foes to the tune of 185-28.

Despite limited opportunities because of a number of blowouts, Rud is averaging more than 10 yards per carry with 12 rushing touchdowns in six games. Falkner isn't far behind in the rushing stats, going for 545 yards and 11 touchdowns on the ground. He's also threw for 641 yards and five scores.

That combination of an explosive offense and dominating defense for Mondovi has Brenner anticipating a very difficult challenge on Friday night.

"They are a complete team," he said. "They play great defense and have a very dynamic running game. We know that we are the underdog. It will take our best effort to be in the game."
