DSHA sophomore Jordan Czajkowski has been selected as the Hometown Ticketing Athlete of the Week for the week of October 31 - November 6 after a statewide vote on WisSports.net. 

There were 9,154 total votes this week. Czajkowski topped all vote getters with 3,963 votes. Catholic Memorial's Vinny Coello came in tight second with 3,930 votes.

Czajkowski set her teammates up for success all weekend and it led to DSHA capturing the Division 1 State Championship in girls volleyball. In a 3-0 sweep of Middleton in the Division 1 quarterfinals, the sophomore setter had 37 assists, six digs, two aces, two kills and one block. She added 22 assists, five digs, three blocks, one kill and one ace in a 3-0 sweep of Appleton North in the semifinals. Czajkowski saved her best for last, and it was much needed in the championship showdown with Oconomowoc. She tallied 50 assists, 16 digs, four blocks and a single kill as DSHA outlasted Oconomowoc 3-2 to capture gold.
