The Wisconsin Basketball Coaches Association has announced its 2023 girls basketball All-State Teams, Ms. Basketball, and other postseason awards.

The Wisconsin Basketball Coaches Association has announced its 2023 boys and girls basketball Individual and Team Academic All-State awards. The WBCA recognizes teams who have achieved great success in the classroom. To be recognized, WBCA member coaches were required to nominate their team and players. Team GPA's were based on cumulative credits attempted by the top ten varsity players on each team as well as those players' GPA.

As previously announced, the WBCA, in a continued quest to recognize the outstanding work of the student-athletes around Wisconsin, has modified and expanded the Academic All-State program for 2023. The Elite Academic All-State is for the best 15 boys and girls senior student-athletes in the state. Regular Academic All-State is for those varsity players who meet the minimum 3.5 GPA threshold.
