Favorite Sport (and why): "My favorite sport is basketball because I love the aggressiveness, the contact, the speed, and the teamwork needed to be successful."

Best Part of High School Sports (and why): "The best part of high school sports is learning to balance different areas of your life and forcing yourself to master time management. I also love the aspect of immediately having teammates sharing the same love of the sport(s) which often translates to friendships outside of the sport I may not have otherwise formed."

Best Advice from a High School Coach: "The best advice I received from a high school coach is 'I know rolling out of bed at 5:30 for this 6:00 am practice doesn’t feel good, but you know what feels good? Loading up the coach bus on the way to State. Waking up this early will just make the feeling of success that much sweeter'."

Most Memorable Moment in High School Sports: "I actually have two. Our basketball team’s state-run my sophomore year and this year helping our volleyball team earn Eisenhower’s first regional plaque by beating the 1-seed at their gym. I had a goal of earning a plaque with Ike volleyball since 8th grade, and we finally did it this season."

Best Part of Playing Three Sports: "The best part about playing three sports is being exposed to so many different types of teammates, game strategies, and styles of coaching, all of which have helped mold me into a better overall athlete, teammate, and person. Each sport helps me in some way with every other sport."

Toughest Part of Playing Three Sports: "The toughest part about playing three sports is the underlying concern about an injury affecting the ability to compete. Overlapping seasons, overlapping sports, and at times, having to pick which practice or game to go to when and if different sports events land on the same day and same time, worrying I am disappointing teammates and/or coaches of any practice or game I may miss for another."

Favorite Opponent (and why): "My favorite opponent is New Berlin West because not only are they our school rivals but they are also great athletes and great competitors in all three sports. I have also played club sports with several of the West players and it’s always fun playing against people you know. There’s just something extra when you play your cross-town rivals."

Favorite Professional Team: Milwaukee Bucks

Favorite Professional Athlete: Giannis Antetokounmpo

Favorite College Team: Marquette Men's Basketball

Cumulative GPA: 4.038

Toughest Individual You’ve Competed Against (and why): "The toughest individual I have competed against in my high school career is probably my freshman basketball teammate Erin Hedman; as the only freshman on varsity, I was constantly trying to fill her shoes and compete against her every day but it was tough because she was a senior, 6’3” and a great overall player. I have competed against many tough opponents over the years, but playing against Erin was probably the most personally impactful matchup so far in my career."

Most Admired High School Teammate (and why): "The high school teammate I admire the most is my high school volleyball teammate, Taylor Smith, because when I was a freshman on varsity volleyball she immediately took me under her wing. To this day she is one of my biggest supporters and cheerleaders. She helped me understand how a great leader can positively affect a team."

College Plans: "I plan to attend Appalachian State University on a basketball scholarship majoring in Biology and minoring in Spanish."

Activities Outside of Sports: "I am also in the National Honor Society, Spanish Honor Society, and Student Union."

I Find it Relaxing to: "Read, write in my journal, do creative tasks such as painting, and enjoy the outdoors."
