The Bug Tussel Triple Threat Athlete of the Week is an honor given on WisSports.net to the top senior boys and girls three-sport athletes in the state. Players are recognized each week on WSN, with the a boys and girls winner of the Pat Richter Award at the end of the season to the best three-sport athlete of the year.

Volleyball Honors: Entered her senior year as a two-time all-Big Rivers performer for coach Kristen Lehman and the Warriors... second-team all-league as a sophomore... first-team all-league as a junior... WVCA honorable mention Division 2 all-state as a junior... over 1,000 career kills... the Warriors are currently 16-3 overall and ranked No. 10 in the latest WVCA Division 2 State Rankings... 

Basketball Honors: Enters her senior year as a two-time first-team all-Big Rivers performer for coach Darla Olson and the Warriors... named honorable mention Division 2 WBCA all-state the past two seasons... the 5-10 guard averaged 19.2 points, 10.9 rebounds, 1.5 assists, and 2.8 steals per game as a junior... 1,018 career points... committed to NCAA Division I University of Northern Iowa... 

Track & Field Honors: Enters her senior year as a three-time Division 2 WIAA State Champion and state-record holder in 400m dash (55.25)... D2 state champion in the 200m dash as a sophomore... D2 state runner-up in the 200m dash as a freshman and junior... coached by Brooke Schmidt... 

Favorite Sport (and why): "Basketball. I love how fast the sport is and how there are so many different aspects of the game to improve on. If you make a mistake, you can forget about it quickly." 

Best Part of High School Sports (and why): "Playing volleyball and basketball with my younger sister for two years."  

Best Advice from a High School Coach: "Failure is part of the game, embrace it and you will become so much better as a player." 

Most Memorable Moment in High School Sports: "Winning the 400m dash as a freshman and breaking a 36-year-old state record."

Best Part of Playing Three Sports: "Getting to work hard to improve in so many different areas as well as getting to compete with so many different people. There’s always so much to get better at."

Most Difficult Part of Playing Three Sports: "Feeling like I don’t have a lot of time for as much skill development as I would like. Sometimes, I don’t get a lot of time off either." 

Favorite Opponent (and why): "Menomonie in basketball because I get to play against some of my AAU teammates who are good friends of mine."

Toughest Individual You’ve Competed Against (and why): "Brooklyn Sanvig. She is crazy fast and very competitive."

Most Admired High School Teammate (and why): "My sister, Ady Sheplee.  She always pushes me to get better and finds a way to make me laugh when I need to relax."

College Plans: "Play basketball at the University of Northern Iowa (I might run track too)." 

Activities Outside of Sports: "Wake surfing, swimming, downhill skiing, hiking, and just being outdoors."
