Randolph at Johnson Creek

Johnson Creek is a perfect 6-0 in the Trailways Conference and has wrapped up at least a share of the league crown. Whether that is an outright league title or a shared championship depends on the outcome of this one, as Randolph is just a game behind at 5-1 in the Trailways.

Medford at Mosinee

Mosinee has won the last three Great Northern Conference championships, all in outright fashion, but the Indians are a game off the pace heading into the final week. They'll tangle with a Medford team that has been dominating this season and currently 6-0 in the Great Northern, with a share of the league crown in play.

Beaver Dam at Port Washington

Both teams are unbeaten in East Central Conference play, though Beaver Dam does have a crossover game loss against Mount Horeb/Barneveld. Either way, at least a share of the conference title is on the line in this one.

Black Hawk/Warren at Potosi/Cassville

It all comes down to this in the Six Rivers Conference, as these two teams have dominated the league for a number of years and fittingly will go toe-to-toe for an outright conference title in the final week of the season, both entering at 6-0 in league play. Potosi/Cassville won the regular season matchup last year, but Black Hawk/Warren would get its revenge in the playoffs, winning in Level 3.

Seymour at Winneconne

While these teams made the playoffs last year, they were well off the pace as Xavier ran away with the Bay Conference crown. This season, Winneconne is leading the way with an undefeated league record and 8-0 overall, while Seymour is just a game behind, trying to get a share of the league title.
