Please note, divisional placement in our poll is based on our Enrollment Projections done earlier this year. Divisional placement in the WIAA playoffs is not determined until after the season and these projections can and will be different than the divisions at the end of the year.

Division 1

Franklin is the unanimous choice atop the Division 1 Coaches Poll this week, followed by Verona, Mukwonago, and Kimberly, fresh off a big win over Kaukauna. Marquette moves up one spot to fifth after a dominating win over Sussex Hamilton, who falls out this week. Neenah moves back into the poll.

Division 2

Slinger is first again in Division 2, followed by Badger, New Richmond, and Rice Lake. Kaukauna fell to Kimberly and the Ghosts dip from fifth to eighth. Homestead also suffered a second loss, sliding to ninth.

Division 3

Notre Dame is a unanimous number one team in the Division 3 rankings this week, though Catholic Memorial was shutout by Tosa East and the Crusaders fall from second to fifth. Mount Horeb/Barneveld is second, followed by Grafton, Port Wasington, and CMH in the top five. There were some big changes at the bottom of the poll, with teams seven through ten all losing. New to the poll this week are Plymouth, New Berlin West, and Wisconsin Lutheran, while Burlington manages to hang in at tenth.

Division 4

Big change in Division 4, where West Salem fell to Aquinas in a top five showdown. Columbus replaces West Salem in the top spot of the rankings, with Aquinas moving up to second. West Salem falls to third this week. Prescott also suffered its first loss of the year against Baldwin-Woodville, dropping the Cardinals to eighth, one spot behind Baldwin-Woodville. Berlin is new this week, replacing Mayville, who fell to Saint Mary's Springs.

Division 5

Stratford keeps its stranglehold on the Division 5 rankings with a win over Amherst in a battle of unbeaten CWC-Large teams. Amherst slides from fourth to tenth. Kiel is second, with Prairie du Chien third, while Saint Croix Falls and Wrightstown round out the top five.

Division 6

There were no losses by teams ranked in Division 6, but there were still a few changes. Regis remains in the number one spot, but Cuba City leaps into the top five at fourth after a big win over Darlington. Further down, Bonduel slides ahead of Pardeeville.

Division 7

Potosi/Cassville is number one again, and the Chieftains have a huge matchup coming this week against third-ranked Black Hawk/Warren for the Six Rivers title. Spring Valley downed Boyceville last week in an unbeaten showdown, resulting in a bit of shuffling. Spring Valley rises from sixth to fifth, while Boyceville falls two spots to sixth.

8-Player

Owen-Withee solidified its spot atop the 8-player rankings with a win over previously ranked Clayton last week. The loss drops the Bears out of the poll. Hurley lost its first game against Phillips last week, as the Loggers move into the rankings for the first time at number nine, while Hurley falls from third to a tie for tenth. Elkhart Lake-Glenbeulah is undefeated this season and enters the poll for the first time in a tie for tenth.
