The Muskego Warriors have been selected as the Level 2 WSN Football Team of the Week following a statewide vote on WSN. The team went on the road and shocked top-seeded Franklin in a running clock. The Warriors were chosen from a strong group of nominees in Level 2. A total of 3,803 votes were cast, as Muskego's 1,663 votes edged Johnson Creek's 1,015 votes.

Muskego has been a different team since fullback Jack Labisch returned from injury in the final regular season game. They lost three out of four games without him, and narrowly snuck into the playoffs. Things have looked much different the last few weeks, with included a shocking 42-12 running clock win over previously undefeated and top-ranked Franklin on Friday night. The Warriors dominated from the get-go, rolling up 408 yards on the ground, including 178 by Labisch with another 117 by Jackson Niemiec.

Remember folks, the only way your favorite team can be named WSN Team of the Week is to vote and share the word. Look for the Level 3 nominees to be posted Monday afternoon.
