Taden Holldorf, Baldwin-Woodville

Baldwin-Woodville advanced to its first state championship game in three decades with a 40-16 win over Winneconne. He'd add an interception in the fourth quarter to help seal the game.

Matt Stevens, Bay Port

Bay Port goes back to the Division 1 state championship game with a 34-27 win over D.C. Everest on Friday night. Quarterback Matt Stevens continued his strong season, completing 12-of-16 passes for 208 yards and four touchdowns. He also led the Pirates with 136 rushing yards on a team-high 18 carries.

Michael Thiede, Slinger

Slinger rallied from a fourth quarter deficit to take down defending Division 2 state champion Badger 35-28 on Friday night. Quarterback Michael Thiede had a hand in both of the fourth quarter scores, throwing for one and rushing for what turned out to be the 21-yard game-winner with 1:39 left. He'd finish with 214 passing yards and three touchdowns on eight-of-nine passing, adding 38 rushing yards and a touchdown.

Trevor Vande Hey, Wrightstown

Wrightstown cruised into a second straight trip to the Division 5 state title game, downing Northwestern 47-16 on Friday night.
