The 5-9 junior guard poured in 28 points and three rebounds in the Beavers 70-61 win over Union Grove on Friday at Carthage College. She was a perfect 10 of 10 from the free throw line. Donaldson followed that with 22 points and 9 rebounds in a 49-39 win over Kenosha Bradford. She again attempted ten free throws in this one, making nine of them.

Carter Koch, Oconto

Koch will enter the year 2025 as Oconto's boys basketball all-time leading scorer. The senior forward helped lead the Blue Devils to a pair of wins over the holiday break, first with a 75-47 victory over Crivitz in the Sun Drop Shootout at the Kress Center. Koch finished with 30 points on 11 of 19 shooting. He then poured in a season high 40 points in Oconto's 62-53 win over Oconto Falls on Saturday. In doing so, Koch became the program's all-time leading scorer and currently sits at 1,478 career points.

Blake Thiry, Prairie du Chien

Thiry took home his first Bi-State championship this past weekend in La Crosse. The senior wrestler has finished third and second in years past and finally went home a champion this holiday season. Thiry, an Indiana football commit, won his semi-final match with an 11-2 major decision over Aquinas' Tyson Martin, who had beaten him earlier in the year. Thiry then squared off with Port Washington's Garett Kawczynski who had beaten him in the finals of this event last season. Thiry came out on top with a 4-2 decision win in the 215-pound bout for the title.

Emily Vogel, St. Mary Catholic

Vogel led St. Mary Catholic to a pair of wins and a tournament title at Green Bay Preble over the holiday break. The senior guard who recently surpassed 1,000 career points poured in 22 points, 5 rebounds, 3 assists, and 3 steals in the Zephyr's 71-52 win over Mosinee on Friday. Vogel was much more efficient in a 62-42 victory over Green Bay Preble in the championship match on Saturday. She had a team high 22 points while adding 11 rebounds, 2 assists, 2 steals, and 2 blocks.

Carter Wollan, Amery

Wollan broke a second school record in as many weeks this past Friday in a 104-65 win over Hayward. After breaking the school's career assist record, the senior wing poured in a new school record 52 points in the blowout victory. He was a cool 19 of 24 from the field, including 4 of 7 from three, and also went 10 of 12 from the free throw line. Wollan added six rebounds, four assists, and five steals in the victory.
