It's been ten days since that loss and the Rockets know welcome in the ranked Blue Bombers. Kohler has won four straight games. Both teams have just one loss in conference play and are trying to keep pace with Sheboygan Lutheran in the Big East-South.
Pacelli (7-2) at Columbus Catholic (5-5)
Two good smaller school parochial schools will square off in this one. Pacelli is a senior-led team with plenty of varsity experience that has played well so far in 2024-25. Columbus Catholic on the other hand is young as three of the top four scorers are sophomores and the top scorer is a junior. The Dons have been up and down this season as most young teams tend to be, but have been competitive. The Cardinals come in riding a four-game win streak and are 3-0 in the year of 2025.
Niagara (7-2) at Crivitz (7-4)
Two of the three unbeatens in the Marinette & Oconto conference will do battle in this one. Niagara's only two losses are to teams out of Michigan over the winter break. The Badgers are led by seniors Tommy Martin and Cameron Schiefelbein. Crivitz is led by junior Kade Thoma who averages 23.3 points and 9.3 rebounds per game.
Bayfield (7-3) at Mellen (8-1)
Four teams int he Northern Lights conference have just one loss coming into this week, including the two teams featured here. Hurley (8-2) at Solon Springs (5-3)
This is the matchup between the other two teams with just one loss in Northern Lights conference play. Hurley is riding a seven game win streak and has beat the teams mentioned above in Bayfield and Mellen, giving Mellen its only loss on the season. Springs is coming off a win over Drummond, the only team to give Hurley a loss in conference play.
Grantsburg (7-1) at Somerset (4-8)
Grantsburg's Jayden Brown has scored in bunches this season and now approaches a milestone that he will likely surpass in this matchup. Brown needs just 12 points to reach 1,000 points in his prep career.
Almond-Bancroft (9-2; D5 #9) at Westfield (5-3)
Last week Westfield's Sam Berruecos surpassed the 1,000 point threshold during his varsity tenure. In this one, Almond-Bancroft senior Ayden Phillips has the chance to surpass 2,000 career points. The 6-7 center is just 13 points shy of that mark coming into Monday night.
Saint Croix Central (3-7) at Amery (9-3; D3 #8)
Amery is coming off of two straight losses and looking to turn its momentum in this Middle Border matchup. While this may not be a top matchup in the state, there is a storyline to follow. Amery senior Carter Wollan is just 26 points away from 2,000 career points and with a solid night can hit that mark in front of his home fans.
Osseo-Fairchild (10-1; D4 #9) at Blair-Taylor (9-1)
Last week Osseo took its first loss of the season in a Dairyland crossover game against also unbeaten Cochrane-Fountain City. Tuesday night, the Thunder will travel to Blair-Taylor for another tough cross-divisional game.
Germantown (8-2; D1 #6) at Brookfield East (9-2)
Two very good teams from a very good conference square off here as both teams have arguments as being ranked in Division 1. East's only losses are to ranked Wauwatosa West and Sun Prairie East. Germantown has fallen twice in conference to Menomonee Falls and Brookfield Central.
Alma Center Lincoln (9-2) at Cochrane-Fountain City (9-0)

Southern Door (7-2) at Kewaunee (7-3)
This is the the battle of the two unbeaten teams in the Packerland conference. The Eagles have two losses by eight and ten points and are riding a three-game win streak. Kewaunee has won five games in a row and have done so in dominating fashion. Five different players average double figures scoring for Kewaunee, making the Storm a tough team to game plan for.
Auburndale (10-1) at Marathon (8-3)
The Marawood-South conference has a trio of teams at the top with one loss that could very well be teams that make a run come playoff time. Auburndale's lone loss is an eight-point defeat to Assumption back in December. Since, the Eagles have rattled off five straight wins behind the play of Blake Raab. Marathon comes in with seven straight wins but has a much more balanced scoring attack.
Wausau West (8-3) at Marshfield (6-4)
Last week West beat crosstown rival Wausau East to improve to 3-1 in conference play coming into this showdown. Marshfield is 3-0 in the Wisconsin Valley and with a win will be two games up on the entire conference. 6-8 junior Chris Pohl saw his first action last week and is a huge addition for a Tigers team that may be ready to take off.
Racine Lutheran (11-0; D3 #3) at Milwaukee South (10-1)
Racine Lutheran has been one of the most impressive teams in the state regardless of division and are coming off a thriller of a win over Metro Classic rival Dominican. Milwaukee South on the other hand is a two-point loss to Muskego away from also being undefeated.
Rhinelander (8-2) at Mosinee (9-3)
These two teams shared the Great Northern conference title last season and with a Mosinee win, will both have one loss in league play come Wednesday. Truman Lamers and Devon Feck lead the Hodgas in scoring while Mosinee leans on Brayden Reinke and Treve Stoffel as its top playmakers.
Aquinas (11-0; D4 #2) at Onalaska (9-2; D2 #7)
A marquee matchup in the Mississippi Valley conference between two ranked teams make this a must watch for basketball lovers around the state. Despite being very good over the years, Aquinas has not beaten Onalaska in boys hoops in the past two seasons. Onalaska does have one loss in league play to Holmen, but has rattled off five straight wins since. Two great coaches in Brad Reinhart at Aquinas and Craig Kowal and Onalaska know each others teams inside and out.
Xavier (9-4) at Seymour (10-2)
A Bay Conference matchup between two solid teams. Xavier has lost four games, but three of those came by three points or less. However, the Hawks did just fall to the top team in the standings, West De Pere, by 23 last week. Seymour lost to the Phantoms by six earlier in the year and are riding a five game win streak since.
Notre Dame (7-1; D2 #8) at Sheboygan North (10-1; D1 #9)
Last Friday we had Ashwaubenon and De Pere in an FRCC marquee matchup. Tuesday night it's Notre Dame and Sheboygan North in a top-ten ranked game. Notre Dame's lone loss of the season is to Division 2, second-ranked Mount Horeb by 3 points while North fell to Division 1, second-ranked De Pere earlier in the year. For Sheboygan this is the first of two huge FRCC games this week as the Golden Raiders will travel to Ashwaubenon on Friday.
Brookfield Central (7-5) at Wauwatosa West (9-3; D2 #5)
Another great Greater Metro matchup is on the schedule in this one. Tosa West has three losses by nine points or less, all to ranked opponents. Three Division 1 prospects fill the ranks for the Trojans in Jake Hansen (2025), Matthew Kloskey (2026), and Jalen Brown (2027). Brookfield Central has won back-to-back games over Germantown and Menomonee Falls and looking to make it three straight impressive league wins.
Homestead (9-3) at Wisconsin Lutheran (10-0; D1 #1)
Coach Sean Crider's Highlanders have three competitive losses this season and have the talent to compete with anyone. Enter a Vikings team that has won 40 games dating back to last season and have been extremely impressive in 2024-25. This game will feature two great coaches and plenty of players who will be suiting up collegiately.
