Belotti had a memorable night Monday in Bradford's 79-77 win over Milwaukee Riverside. The senior guard scored a career high 30 points on a night when Bradford celebrated its seniors on senior night. Not only did Belotti score 30 points, but he hit a game-winning, three-quarter court shot to win it. He was 13 of 16 from the field, including going 4 of 4 from deep and added five rebounds and three steals.
Brunke plays forward for the Bay Area Ice Bears girls hockey team and has helped her team to a 16-1 record on the season. Last Friday in a 5-0 win over the Wisconsin Valley Union, the junior forward had a goal and assist in the win. Brunke followed it up with a hat trick, scoring all three goals in a 3-1 win over the Fox Cities Stars on Saturday. On the season she has 18 goals and 14 assists.
Granquist at the Chargers improved to 13-0 on the season with a pair of wins this past week. The junior post tallied 19 points and 10 rebounds in a 63-40 win over Bonduel. Granquist then recorded her tenth double-double on the season in a 66-31 win over Manawa. She finished with 28 points and 13 rebounds in the victory. In doing so, Granquist reached and surpassed the 1,000 point milestone just 14 games into her junior season.
Luehring was steadfast in her leadership in the three wins for the Chargers this past week. Tuesday the NCAA Division II Lewis University commit had 13 points and 9 assists in a 57-53 win over Homestead. Luehring then had 14 points, 5 assists, and 6 steals as the Chargers took care of Winneconne 66-30. The 5-6 senior lead guard saved her best performance of the week for Lutheran's 91-76 victory over Division 1, second-ranked Hartford. Luehring poured in a season high 34 points in the win, adding another five assists and five steals. She also surpassed the 1,500 career points mark in the win.
Rise was spectacular as he led the Brookfield Central boys basketball team to three wins last week, extending the Lancer win streak to six in the 2025 calendar year. The NCAA Division II Hawaii-Hilo commit had a huge game in an 84-78 win over ranked Wauwatosa West. He finished with 33 points on 10 of 18 shooting and added 6 assists, 4 steals, and 3 rebounds. He then went 10 of 19 for 23 points in a 73-43 win over Wauwatosa East. He added six rebounds and six assists. Rise finished his week with 21 points, 9 assists, and 4 steals in Central's 65-64 win over Lakeside Lutheran at the Luke Homan Memorial Showcase, hosted in their facility. On top of all that, Rise surpassed 1,000 points in his prep career in the victory over Tosa West on Monday.
