Drew Kortz, Freedom
Kortz had years of hard work come to fruition last night with the Freedom boys basketball program. The Irish knocked off Brillion 65-53 as the senior guard led all scorers with 20 points in the win, adding four rebounds and three assists. In doing so, Kortz joined the 1,000 point club for his prep career.
Jake Burow, Lake Country Lutheran
Burow cleaned up nearly half of his teams' rebounds on Monday, in a 79-42 win over Kingdom Prep Lutheran. The junior forward was one of four players in double figures for the lightning, finishing with 12 points. What was most impressive is the fact that Burow finished with 20 rebounds on the night, 15 of those on the defensive end.
Milwaukee Juneau 103, Milwaukee King 93
This game had plenty of fireworks offensively as these two teams traded score after score in this Monday night matchup. For Juneau sophomore phenom Dooney Johnson led the Pioneers with 32 points, making 17 of 19 free throws and tallying seven rebounds. Junior Takis Tyler added 30 points and four rebounds for Juneau. On the other side sophomore Division 1 prospect Otto McDuffie Jr. led all scorers with 42 points for King. Senior Jordan Sneed added 22 points and 10 rebounds for the Generals.
Potosi
Potosi continued its roll in the 2024-25 season last night, knocking off ranked Southwestern 80-75 in overtime of a solid late season non-conference matchup. The Chieftains have just two losses on the season, both back in early December, and by five and three points respectively. Since then, Potosi has rattled off 12 straight victories including wins over ranked teams River Ridge, Highland, and Southwestern in the last two weeks.
Quinn Gerke, Tomah
Gerke put together a monster performance for Tomah on Monday night, though it was not enough as the Timberwolves fell to Holmen 75-73. The sophomore guard finished with 37 points while knocking down nine of ten shots from deep.
Kaiden Wilber led the Vikings with 25 points, including a go-ahead reverse layup with just over ten seconds left to secure the win.
Griffin Schultz, Union Grove
Schultz poured in a career high in terms of scoring in Union Grove's 73-68 loss to South Milwaukee on Monday night. The junior guard had 34 points in the loss, making 7 of 12 shots from deep.

Wittenberg-Birnamwood 73, Pacelli 71
Wittenberg had a thrilling win over Pacelli on Monday night in a matchup of two very good small school teams from different CWC divisions. Down six with under a minute left, the Chargers battled back and forced overtime with clutch shot after clutch shot. In overtime, Zander Barke corralled a loose ball defensively, drove the court, and spun back to the middle of the lane where he knocked through the game-winning lay-in as time expired.
For Wittenberg, senior lead guard Jett Rogowski hit one of those clutch shots in regulation, but fouled out with the Chargers still down three before the overtime period. However, Rogowski poured in enough points to join the 1,000 point club in his prep career.
Lucas Gindt, Birchwood
Birchwood fell to Drummond 56-55 on Monday night, but Gindt hit a milestone in the loss. According to the Birchwood School Athletics Facebook page, the senior guard joined the 1,000 point club in the win with his 19 points.
Grady Poppy, Shullsburg
Poppy filled the stat sheet as Shullsburg outlasted Cassville 71-61 Monday night. The sophomore wing led all scorers with 26 points. He added 16 rebounds, 4 assists, 4 blocks, and 2 assists for the Miners.
Brock Walser, Badger
Walser did all he could to keep Badger in the game on Monday night with Kenosha Bradford, despite an eventual 87-71 loss. He was 14 of 18 from the field, including 5 of 5 from deep, and finished with 40 points and 10 rebounds.
Lucas Glaus, Plum City/Elmwood
Glaus outscored Eleva-Strum by himself in Monday's 71-30 win. The senior finished with 34 points while knocking down six shots from deep. He added six rebounds, five assists, and three steals in the victory.
Kane Donnelly, Somerset
Donnelly was perfect from the field and dominated the game as Somerset set a new record for points scored in a game in a 110-75 win over Spooner. Donnelly poured in 39 points on 16 of 16 shooting from the field. He added 15 rebounds.
Michael Bailey, Suring
Bailey put up a monster double-double in Suring's 75-48 win over Florence. The senior scored a career high 32 points on 13 of 17 shooting and added 16 rebounds in the win.
Treyton Bahr, Aquinas
Aquinas was looking to avenge their first loss of the season on Tuesday night when they squared off with Mississippi Valley Conference rival Onalaska. Bahr, posted his highest scoring output of his career as he helped the Blugolds to a 59-51 win. The senior guard scored 21 points in the win, his first 20-point output in 47 career games.

De Pere 70, Ashwaubenon 68
This rematch did not disappoint and resulted in another thrilling ending between these two powerhouse Fox Rivers Classic teams. In game one in January, senior guard Roan Demovsky got a clutch steal to help secure the win for De Pere. Last night, he scored the game-winning bucket with just over a second left, displaying his clutch gene. Demovsky finished with 19 points while back court mate Zach Kinziger had 22.
For Ashwaubenon, Amari Allen impressed yet again with 30 points, 10 rebounds, 7 assists, 3 steals, and a block. Elijah Fenner added 19 points for the Jaguars.
JT Schlaefer, Assumption
Schlaefer, in just his 70th varsity game joined the 1,000 point club on Tuesday night. The do-it-everything lead guard for the Royals poured in a game high 26 points on 10 of 14 shooting as Assumption fell to Auburndale 69-51.
Gavin Gores, Cumberland
Gores had a huge night in a 70-51 win over Barron on Tuesday night and in doing so, became the seventh player in the Class of 2025 to join the 2,000 point club. The 6-10 athletic forward poured in 41 points in the victory for the Beavers.
Brayden Reinke, Mosinee
Reinke has put together an impressive sophomore season to this point, and built on that in an 87-80 win over D.C. Everest on Tuesday night. The 6-4 wing had a career high 30 points in the victory over the Evergreen and is averaging 20.6 points per game this season, shooting nearly 70% from the field.
Aaron Womack III, Dominican
Womack continued to roll this season as Dominican recorded an 89-40 blowout win over The Prairie School. The Syracuse commit filled the stat sheet with 30 points, 14 rebounds, 6 steals, 4 blocks, and 2 assists. Sophomore Zaihir Jones recently picked up his first Division 1 offer this week to Queens. Last night he added 15 points in the victory for the Knights. Demetrius Taylor had 17 points and 12 assists in the win as well.
Elliott Bessen, Eau Claire North
The Huskies needed all of Bessen's scoring and playmaking on Tuesday night in a 64-60 victory over New Richmond. The senior lead guard paced all scorers with 28 points in the win, going 10 of 16 from the field. He added five rebounds and five assists and is fast approaching the 1,000 point mark in his career.
Kyler Marks, Seymour
Marks had a career night scoring the ball as he led Seymour to an 82-71 win over Green Bay West. The Thunder improved to 14-3 on the season behind 34 points from the 6-4 junior forward. It's the third 30-plus point game for Marks this season, who is averaging 21 points per game overall.
Tyler Roche, Greendale
Coming into last night's matchup with Pewaukee, Roche had scored 20 or more points just once in his 17 varsity contests. He had his best night scoring the ball in a huge victory for the Panthers. Roche finished with a game high 29 points in the 81-77 win over Pewaukee.
Jjaquari Douglas, Janesville Parker
In one of the higher scoring games of the season, Douglas poured in a new high and led all scorers despite Parker's 125-95 loss to Madison La Follette. The senior forward paced the Vikings with 42 points.
Will Huelskamp, Luther
Huelskamp is a steady leader for the Knights, while also serving as one of the top playmakers for a team that is 13-4 through 17 games. Last night in a 74-46 win over La Crosse Logan, Huelskamp poured in a new career high of 32 points.
Milwaukee Bradley Tech 82, Milwaukee Hamilton 69
Bradley Tech was led by a trio of players in their win last night. Senior Arvell Lockhart poured in 28 points for the Trojans, making 7 of 13 shots from deep. Both Rashad Fenner and Jakari Smith had near identical stat lines as both had 18 points, 11 rebounds, and 8 assists.
Evan Ploeckelman, Mukwonago
Ploeckelman had a career night as Mukwonago downed Waukesha South 82-68. The 6-6 sophomore was 12 of 17 from the field, 4 of 4 from three, and 8 of 9 from the en route to a new high of 36 points scored.
David Bolden, Nicolet
Bolden had his second triple-double of the season as Nicolet got a 94-58 North Shore victory over Grafton. The NCAA Division I NJIT commit had 24 points, 13 rebounds, and 10 assists for the Knights. Bolden is averaging 20.3 points, 8.1 rebounds, and 7.1 assists per game and is one of the more valuable players for his team in the entire state.
Peyton Kuehn, Green Bay Preble
Kuehn had scored over 20 points just once in his varsity career with Preble. Last night, he poured in 35 as he led the Hornets to an 80-76 win over Sheboygan South.
Drew Daoust, Southern Door
Daoust continues his tear over the second half of this season for Southern Door, coming one rebound and two assists shy of a triple-double last night. In a 103-69 win over Crivitz, the senior wing had 47 points, 9 rebounds, and 8 assists. He made 10 of 13 shots from deep as his season average has climbed to 31.6 points per game.

Cooper Haas, Waukesha North
Haas had a moment to remember last night as North beat Oconomowoc 56-55 in buzzer-beater fashion. The senior guard inbounded the ball from the sideline, down one, with three seconds left. He then sprinted in, got the ball back, and drove baseline where he laid in the game-winning bucket as time expired.
Yusef Gray Jr., West Allis Central
West Allis Central scored a 103-68 win over Pius XI Catholic on Tuesday night. During the victory, Gray joined the 1,000 point club. The junior wing has still has plenty of high school hoops ahead of him this season and next before heading to Iowa State, where he committed earlier in January. He finished with 31 points, 9 rebounds, 7 assists, and 4 steals in the victory.
Devin Patrick, Palmyra-Eagle
Patrick was one of three players to join the 1,000 point club on Tuesday night as he led Palmyra-Eagle to a 62-46 win over Williams Bay. The senior forward scored 20 points in the victory while adding 15 rebounds and 4 assists in the win.
Carter Petit, Winter
Petit dominated the game as Winter knocked off Cornell 88-81 in a Lakeland-East matchup. The senior forward poured in 46 points in the win, setting a program record for points scored in a game. According to our records, Petit now sits just 5 points shy of 1,000 in his career as well.
Jayce Nelson, Prairie Farm
Nelson helped Prairie Farm to a 66-55 win over Bruce Tuesday night. According to the Prairie Farm school district Facebook page, the senior wing scored 28 points in the game and surpassed the 1,000 point mark for his career.
AJ Ohrmundt, Arrowhead
Ohrmundt had an efficient double-double in Arrowhead's 73-52 win over Catholic Memorial. The senior post paced Arrowhead with 31 points and 12 rebounds in the win.
Luke Hannula, Colby
Hannula stepped up and was excellent for the Hornets in a 73-50 win over Spencer on Tuesday night. The junior lead guard had 22 points, 12 rebounds, and 11 steals in the victory, recording his first ever triple-double. He added five assists and one block.
Jaxon Keepers, Crandon
Keepers also recorded a triple-double on Tuesday night, this in a 68-60 win over Three Lakes/Phelps. The senior guard had 22 points, 10 rebounds, and 10 assists in the victory.
Trent Grunewald, Howards Grove
Grunewald continued to lead Howards Grove on its surge in the second half of the season in a 67-21 win over Hilbert. The senior wing netted 31 points while going 11 of 17 from the field and 7 of 7 from the free throw line. He added 10 rebounds, 5 assists, and 4 steals.
Andrew Lehman, Ladysmith
Lehman knocked down 8 of 17 shots from deep and 16 of 29 overall en route to a career high 41 points in a 92-55 win over Spooner. The senior wing had 11 rebounds, 4 assists, 3 steals, and 2 blocks.
Gavin Rhead, Sparta
Rhead hit 1,000 points earlier this season, but Tuesday night he etched his name in the Sparta history books. In an 83-43 win over Viroqua, Rhead became the program's all-time leading scorer.
Waterford 70, Beloit Memorial 57
Waterford completed the season sweep of the Purple Knights on Thursday and in doing so, stayed tied atop the Southern Lakes conference standings with Westosha Central. The Wolverines were led by junior Caden Gustafson who poured in a team high 25 points while making 5 of 12 shots from deep. Junior forward Jayce Brechtl added 20 points and 6 rebounds while senior guard Jamison Beesley had 13 points, 7 rebounds, and 6 assists.
Sam Fait, Catholic Central
Like most nights, Catholic Central needed every point from the sophomore wing to stay competitive and eventually win on Thursday night. Fait finished with a game high 37 points in the Hilltoppers 63-62 win over Kenosha Christian Life, adding 11 rebounds and 4 assists. He was eight of eight from the free throw line and made two late in the game to take the eventual and final lead for Catholic Central.
Anthony Ruvalcaba, Saint Anthony
Ruvalcaba took over the game last night in a 62-38 win over Eastbrook Academy. The junior guard recorded his first triple-double with 14 points, 16 rebounds, and 10 assists. He also effected the game on the defensive end with three blocks and three steals.
Roman Thompson, Kettle Moraine
Thompson has been the leading scorer for the undefeated Lasers this season and a four-year varsity contributor. Surprisingly, the senior wing had yet to record a 30-plus point performance, until last night. Thompson had a season and career high 32 points in a 74-54 victory over Catholic Memorial on Thursday night.
Teagan Anderson, Saint Thomas Aquinas
Anderson had a huge night in STAA's 59-53 win over Suring on Thursday night. The senior guard finished tied for the team lead with 26 points in the victory and added 15 rebounds and 3 steals. In that performance, Anderson joined the 1,000 point club for his prep career with the Cavaliers.
Kenari Parr, Saint Thomas More
Parr, like Anderson mentioned above, hit a career milestone Thursday night on the hardwood. The senior guard had 11 points, 9 rebounds, and 5 assists despite a 79-47 loss to ranked Racine Lutheran. Parr, who played his freshman season at HOPE Christian, surpassed 1,000 points in his prep career.
Logan Sipple, Shawano
It's been a tough go of it this season for Sipple and Shawano in the Bay Conference. However, the Hawks got a 69-43 win over Green Bay West on Thursday and Sipple nearly outscored the Wildcats himself. The senior guard and NCAA Division II Bemidji State commit had a season high 33 points in the victory.
Homestead 74, Slinger 64
In the top matchup of the night, Homestead handed Slinger, the top ranked team in Division 2, its first loss in the North Shore conference. The Highlanders improved to 15-5 overall and 11-3 in the North Shore and avenged a buzzer-beater loss from earlier in the year.
J'Cobi Mathis, St. Augustine Prep
Mathis not only helped Augustine Prep to a big 93-77 win over Living Word Lutheran on Thursday night, but hit a career threshold early on in his prep career. Mathis joined the 1,000 point club 19 games into his sophomore season. He's the first player from the Class of 2027 to accomplish that feat. He finished with 32 points while going six of ten from the field.
Jesse DeBauch, Gillett
DeBauch has been on an absolute tear since the calendar year turned to 2025. The senior lead guard has scored 30-plus points in 9 of the 10 games during a stretch that the Tigers have gone 8-2 in. Thursday night he poured in 39 points in a 66-53 win over Wausaukee to push Gillett to 9-8 on the season. He was 18 of 21 from the free throw line.
Broker Buschor, Darlington
Buschor scored the exact point total he needed on Thursday night to join the 1,000 point club in his prep career at Darlington. In an 80-44 victory over Iowa-Grant, the junior wing poured in 26 points as he sits at exactly 1,000 points at this time.
LaMont Hamilton, Racine St. Catherine's
Hamilton exploded for 41 points in a 79-72 win over The Prairie School on Thursday evening. The junior guard was 16 of 24 from the field, including four of eight from three. He added four rebounds, four steals, and three assists in the win.
Riley Schultz-Becker, Athens
Schultz-Becker was outstanding as Athens won a thriller over Assumption 65-64. The junior guard finished with a game high 32 points for the Fighting Bluejays in the win, adding 8 rebounds, 6 steals, and 2 assists. Schultz-Becker made the biggest bucket of the night as well, hitting a floating lay-in with under two seconds left to secure the victory.
Alex Hannagan, Baraboo
Despite an 80-74 losing effort to McFarland on Friday night, Hanagan continued his impressive senior campaign with the Thunderbirds. The senior guard had a career high 35 points in the loss.
Race Anvelink, Bonduel
Anvelink was money from deep as Bonduel took care of Shiocton 85-75 to improve to 19-0 on the season. The senior guard had a season high 29 points in the win, going 7 of 11 from beyond the arc. For the season, Anvelink has made 53 three-point shots at a 42.7% clip.
Lucas Glaus, Plum City/Elmwood
Glaus is the top scorer in the Dunn-St. Croix, averaging 23.7 points per game this season with the Wolves. The senior guard led the co-op to a 72-66 win over Boyceville behind 34 points, 13 rebounds, and 4 assists.
Xavier Edwards, D.C. Everest
Edwards had a career night as Everest knocked off Wausau West 63-55 Friday Night. The junior wing had scored over 20 points just once this season coming into this game. He poured in a career high 32 while knocking down five shots from deep in this victory. Edwards added 8 rebounds, 3 assists, and 3 steals.
Brandon Wagner, Turtle Lake
Wagner continued to rack up his double-double outputs in Turtle Lake's 60-45 victory. The junior big man had 29 points and 14 rebounds while going 5 of 9 from deep.
Kaiden Wilber, Holmen
Wilber has been a key cog in the wheel for a Holmen team that is tied in the loss column atop the Mississippi Valley Conference standings with just a few weeks left of the season. Friday in an 81-64 win over La Crosse Logan, the senior shooter poured in 19 points while going 11 of 14 from the free throw line. Wilber joined the 1,000 point club in his career in the victory.
Tyler Haney, Sun Prairie West
Haney has flourished this season with the Wolves upping his scoring output from 12.3 points per game as a junior to 21.7 points per game during this senior campaign. Friday night in 90-85 overtime win over Janesville Craig, Haney joined the 1,000 point club. He had 23 points and 7 assists in the win, making 4 of 8 shots from deep.
Jordan Wagner, Kettle Moraine Lutheran
Wagner put himself in the Kettle Moraine Lutheran boys basketball record books on Friday night in an 80-64 win over Kewaskum. The senior wing scored an efficient 42 points in the win, which set a new program record for single-game scoring output. Wagner was 10 of 15 from the field, 5 of 7 from three, and a perfect 17 of 17 from the free throw line.
Landen Van Offeren, Kimberly
Van Offeren has had a few big games the past few weeks, this time coming in an 81-70 upset win over ranked Appleton North. He paced all scorers with 31 points, a new career high. Van Offeren added 18 rebounds for the Papermakers.
Ladysmith 73, Barron 70
The Ladysmith trio of Timmy Meltz, Andrew Lehman, and Braeden Little led the Lumberjacks to the conference win Friday night. Lehmn led all scorers with 32 points for Ladysmith, adding 8 rebounds, 4 blocks, and 2 assists. Little had 20 points, 7 rebounds and was 5 of 13 from deep. Meltz came just shy of a triple-double, tallying 11 rebounds, 10 assists, and 9 points.
Brayden Steinbecker, Manitowoc Lincoln
Steinbecker added to the list of players to join the 1,000 point club this week. The senior wing did so despite a 64-45 loss to Notre Dame. Steinbecker finished with 13 points on 6 of 12 shooting and was one of five players to join the four-digit club on Friday night.
Jakari Smith, Milwaukee Bradley Tech
Smith was two assists shy of a triple-double in Bradley Tech's 90-76 win over Milwaukee North. The Division 1 college prospect had 21 points for the Trojans on 9 of 12 shooting. He added 18 rebounds, 8 assists, and 3 steals in the win.
Jayce Cook, New Berlin West
New Berlin West got a big conference win Friday night, defeating West Allis Central 82-72. The sophomore shooter was on one for the Vikings, finishing with a season high 31 points.
New Holstein 87, Valders 76
The duo of freshman Owen Birschbach and senior Caiden Baltz dominated the game for New Holstein in the 11-point win. Birschbach led all scorers with 29 points while adding 13 rebounds. He was 9 of 11 from the field and 11 of 18 from the free throw line. Baltz had 21 points and 11 rebounds on 8 of 13 shooting.
Bo Bijl, Oakfield
Hauling in double-digit rebounds is impressive for a high school basketball player. Recording 25 rebounds is an eye-popping stat. That's just what Bijl did Friday night in a 51-31 win over Wayland Academy. The junior center finished with 25 rebounds for the Oaks to go along with 12 points.
Vaughn Karvala, Oregon
Karvala is one of the most coveted players in the state in the Class of 2026. Friday night, he played his way into the Oregon record books in a 74-71 win over the fifth-ranked team in Division 1, Waunakee. Karvala is now the leading scorer in Oregon boys basketball history and still have a full season left to push that point total.
Aiden Crane, Parkview
Crane has been on a scoring tear of late having scored 40, 35, 34, and 44 in his last four games. The junior guard poured in the 44 points in an 88-75 win over Williams Bay on Friday. He was perfect from the free throw line going 13 of 13.
Blake Raab, Auburndale
Raab set a new career high for points scored in a game on Friday night in a 59-45 win over Prentice. The senior guard poured in 36 points while shooting 10 of 14 from the field and 14 of 17 from the free throw line.
Owen Weisenberg, Regis
Weisenberg led Regis to an impressive 81-47 win over Fall Creek, and in doing so, hit a career milestone. The senior guard joined the 1,000 point club as he helped the Ramblers to the blowout victory.
James Brady, Tigerton
Brady put together a huge double-double performance in Tigerton's 93-51 win over Bowler. The sophomore big man poured in 33 points on 15 of 17 shooting from the field. He added 12 rebounds for the Tigers.
Brynden Beck, Port Edwards
Beck came two points shy of his career high as he led Port Edwards to a 65-59 win over Tri-County on Friday night. The senior guard had 36 points and did a bulk of that damage from the charity stripe where he was 16 of 20. Beck added six rebounds, three assists, and two steals.
Wisconsin Rapids 75, Wausau East 69
Rapids got off the snide in a big way on Friday night. The Red Raiders came into their game with Wausau East winless, having lost the first 15 games of the year. They took home the win over a very good Wausau East squad in a Wisconsin Valley conference matchup to get the first tally in the win column.
Matthew Kloskey, Wauwatosa West
Kloskey has come alive in a big way over the past few weeks with Wauwatosa West. That culminated Friday night in a 92-83 win over Wauwatosa East. The junior that is a projected Division 1 recruit finished with a career high 46 points on 20 of 28 shooting for the Trojans. He added 11 rebounds, 2 assists, and 2 steals in the win.
Winter
Adam Bednorski and Carter Petit became the fourth pair of teammates this season to join the 1,000 point club together in the same game. Bednorski finished with a team high 19 points and Petit had 11 points and 10 rebounds in a 99-52 loss to New Auburn. The senior duo have led a Winter squad all season that has struggled to find success in regards to wins.

Zavier Zens, Wisconsin Lutheran
Zens and the Vikings squared off with Neenah in a Saturday non-con matchup between two of the best teams in the state when it comes to execution, discipline, and coaching. The 6-7 junior turned out to be the deciding factor in a 46-45 win for Wisco. Zens finished with 23 points, none more important than the contested layup he made with just under 15 seconds left in the game to put the Vikings up one. He followed that up with a block on the would-be game-winning Rockets shot to secure the win at both ends of the court.
