Kettle Moraine stays atop the Division 1 Coaches Poll on WisSports.net this week, followed by De Pere and Wisconsin Lutheran. Kaukauna is fourth, with Homestead moving into the top five. Eau Claire Memorial dropped slightly, along with Fond du Lac and Waunakee, while Verona drops out completely, replaced by Sun Prairie East at number nine.
Another change in Division 2, which has seen plenty of turnover in the top spot this season. Racine Park was knocked off by Kenosha Bradford Monday, and slips to second. This allows Slinger to move to number one for a second time this season. Notre Dame lost two games and falls from fifth to ninth, with some other minor changes in the top ten.
No change in the top seven this week, where Milwaukee Academy of Science remains on top. Catholic Memorial and Seymour are new to the poll this week, replacing Xavier and Wisconsin Dells.
Bonduel suffered its first loss of the season last Wednesday against Roncalli, and it drops the Bears out of the top spot and to number two, behind Mineral Point. Pardeeville also suffered its first loss on Monday night, slipping to eighth. Auburndale falls out of the rankings this week.
Royall is one of just two undefeated teams remaining in boys basketball (Kettle Moraine is the other), and the Panthers wrapped up their regular season with a perfect 24-0 record. Potosi is still second, while Southwestern goes up to third, followed by Sheboygan Lutheran and North Crawford, who each drop one spot after losses last week. Almond-Bancroft and Cambria-Friesland move into the rankings, while Abundant Life and Owen-Withee fall out.
