Batemon has made shots from deep at an alarming rate this season for the top-ranked Novas. The Iowa State commit has knocked down 89 three-point shots during the regular season at a 44% clip. The 6-4 lead guard is a four-year varsity performer and three-year starter. Batemon is a finalist for the Mr. Basketball award in the state and leads a MAOS team that has gone 21-1 through regional action. For his career, Batemon has amassed 1,776 points, 291 made three-point shots, 318 rebounds, and 181 assists. This season Batemon is averaging 26.4 points while shooting it a 51/44/87 rate. He also averages 5.6 rebounds and 2.3 assists per game.
Davis Jr. is leading the state in scoring for the second straight season and was named the Big Eight Conference Player of the Year for the second straight season. The Arkansas State commit is averaging 36.8 points per game this year and has made 72 three-point shots at a 36% rate. Davis Jr. is also averaging 6.9 rebounds, 2.1 assists, and 2.0 steals per game. For his career, the 6-5 guard has scored 2,585 points and will finish his prep career in the top five of the all-time scoring list in boys basketball in the state.
Haney has been lethal from deep once again for the Sun Prairie West Wolves. At 6-1, he gets his shot up against larger defenders and did so while shooting 42% from deep this season, making 84 of those attempts. Haney was named a first team all-Big Eight selection after he averaged 22.0 points, 5.0 rebounds, and 3.5 assists per game. For his career, he's scored 1,191 points and made 176 three-point shots while shooting 44% from beyond the arc in 92 games played.
Hinson has been an elite shooter for Marshfield for four straight seasons. This year has been no difference for the senior sharpshooter as he's shot 42% from three with 66 makes beyond the arc. The Northern Michigan commit averaged 16.9 points while shooting 51/42/85. He's also averaged 5.3 rebounds and 2.7 assists per game and was named the Wisconsin Valley Conference Player of the Year for the second straight season. For his career, Hinson has tallied 1,555 points, 241 made threes while shooting 43% from deep, 401 rebounds, and 102 assists. He is the program's all-time leading scorer.
Lipinski is one of the top small-school shooters in the state this season and has led Cochrane-Fountain City to a 24-2 record and a regional championship over this past weekend. The 6-3 senior guard has made 88 three-point shots on 43% shooting in 26 games this season. Lipinski is a three-year varsity performer and has tallied 1,235 points, 179 made threes, 415 rebounds, and 120 assists in 78 games. This season he's averaged 21.6 points per game while shooting 54/43/80. Lipinski has also averaged 5.8 rebounds, 2.0 assists and was named to the first team all-Dairyland for the second straight season.
