The Triple Threat Athlete of the Week is an honor given on WisSports.net to the top senior boys and girls three-sport athletes in the state. Players are recognized each week on WSN, with a boys and girls winner of the Pat Richter Award at the end of the season to the best three-sport athlete of the year.
The Triple Threat Athlete of the Week is presented by the U.S. Marine Corps. The award recognizes student athletes who embody the spirit of teamwork, perseverance, and discipline across multiple sports. The mission of Marine Corps Recruiting Station Milwaukee is to find qualified men and women in Wisconsin and the surrounding area interested in becoming a United States Marine. Marines maintain the legacy of the Marine Corps by winning our nations battles and returning to their communities as quality citizens whether they are active duty or reservist. The coveted title of Marine applies only to those who graduate from the Recruit Depots or Officer Candidate School. RS Milwaukee will provide any qualified man or woman the opportunity to attend the training required to become a Marine - Enlisted or Officer.

Basketball Honors: two year varsity contributor... averaged 7.2 points, 3.4 rebounds, and 3.0 assists as a junior... averaged 14.3 points, 6.2 rebounds. and 2.8 assists per game; second team all-Mississippi Valley as a senior... helped Aquinas to a state tournament appearance as a junior and senior... as a senior, Aquinas won its first conference championship since 2011 and a Division 4 State Championship... had a game high 20 points and 9 assists in the a 74-45 win over Bonduel in the WIAA Division 4 State Championship game.
Track & Field Honors: two year varsity performer... a part of the 4x200 meter relay team that won conference, regionals, and second in sectionals as a senior... 4x200 meter relay team finished eighth at the Division 3 WIAA State Meet... a part of the 4x100 meter relay team that won a regional and sectional championship and finished fourth at the state meet in Division 3.
Favorite Sport (and why): "Football, because I feel like I have the most freedom playing on the field. I like the contact of football."
Best Part of High School Sports (and why): "The team. You are with a great group of guys that love and support each other and all have the same goal of winning."
Best Advice from a High School Coach: "Faster people are harder to catch and stronger people are harder to kill - 'Eddie Hodges, lifting coach.'"
Most Memorable Moment in High School Sports: "Coming back down 14 with four minutes left against Columbus to win regionals in football. And winning state in basketball."
Best Part of Playing Three Sports: "Getting multiple opportunities to win and be great in different things you do."
Most Difficult Part of Playing Three Sports: "You don’t get much time to rest your body, so you have to make sure you are recovering well."
