We have roster depth (about 30 program total will be out for softball this year) but many of these players, especially between the grades, do not have much experience playing together and will have to develop that experience and familiarity playing together throughout the season.” Sofia Gaupp, who played centerfield last season and was unanimously voted 1st Team All-Conference and also received Honorable Mention All-District, will be returning for her senior season to anchor the outfield. Karissa Cote will be the other prominent returning senior. Her junior season ended early and will look to come back better than ever this year.
