2024 Season Recap
Random Lake (17-6 overall) placed first in the South Division of the Big East a season ago, Cedar Grove-Belgium (7-8) placed second. Oostburg (4-14), Sheboygan Lutheran (5-10), and Howards Grove (1-19) rounded things out. Random Lake would advance the furthest, falling to Division 4 State Qualifier Coleman in the Sectional Final.

Team Previews
Random Lake will look to be at the top of the Big East-South once again, though the Rams did graduate conference player of the year Jayla Harter P. All-Conference returnees for Random Lake are Madelyn Abler Sr 3B/SS (45 hits 41 runs scored 24 RBI .542 avg), Alivia Stefanich Jr 1B/P (24 Hits 25 RBI), Danika Eberhardt So P/IF, Lalia Sanders Jr OF and Lilly Klein So C. Ava Daggett So IF/P is another returning player this season and will be joined by some newcomers as well. Random Lake moves to Sectional 4 this season and is placed with some strong competition.
Oostburg will look to make a jump in the Big East-South standings this season. The Lady Dutch did graduate a pair of all-conference picks in Cassie TenHaken P and Crystal Dulmes OF. Samantha Navis Sr IF/OF is the lone all-conference returnee and Ellodie Mills So P will look to take the circle full time this season. The Lady Dutch other returnees with significant playing time include Emma TenHaken Jr IF, Alexis Hoffmann Jr C, and Morgan DenBoer Sr IF.
Cedar Grove-Belgium graduated its three all-conference selections in 2024. Notable returning players for the Rockets are Jorjie Mechar Jr P, Lilly Groth Jr 1B, Mary Goodno Sr 2B/OF, Anna Daane So OF, and London Rulli So SS.
Howards Grove is in a rebuilding phase with a majority of the team being freshman and sophomores. Maggie Teunissen takes over the program this season. Teunissen said the Tigers have two pitchers to look forward to this season in Macey Schueler Fr and Maddison Teunissen Fr.
Sheboygan Lutheran/Christian is a new co-op program this season, they also have a new head coach with Jen Stricker taking over. The Crusaders do have two All-Conference selections returning in Courtney Kaiser So C and Gretta Rick Sr 1B.
