Favorite Sport (and why): "My favorite sport is Track & Field because it’s a reflection of my dedication — everything I have earned in the sport is something I’ve put in, and I love that I can rely on my hard work to see real progress and results."
Best Part of High School Sports (and why): "The best part of high school sports is getting to spend time with my best friends and grow relationships with them. I have learned so many life lessons throughout my sports – dedication, time management, discipline, and leadership– things that I will carry with me forever, all while becoming the healthiest, best version of myself."
Best Advice from a High School Coach: “'Don’t just try—do', was something Coach Nick always told me before going out on the basketball court, bringing me a sense of confidence that helped me perform the way he knew I could."
Most Memorable Moment in High School Sports: "The most memorable moment throughout my high school career in sports was breaking the state record in the 1600-meter relay with my best friends. I will never forget sharing that moment with the hardest workers I know, and it was an accomplishment that we all earned together."
Best Part of Playing Three Sports: "The best part of playing three sports is getting the opportunity to grow as an individual in different ways throughout the year. Each season is unique and special in its own way, and the relationships I’ve built with my teammates and coaches, along with the lessons I’ve learned, are truly indescribable. I love growing both as a person and as an athlete, and being a multi-sport athlete has given me that chance every single day."
Most Difficult Part of Playing Three Sports: "The most difficult part of playing three sports for me is balancing the time and dedication each one requires. I always want to put 100% into everything I do, but sometimes it’s hard when I have to focus on one sport and put the others on hold. It makes me wonder how good I could be if I just focused on one. That thought is always in the back of my mind, like maybe I should be doing more, training harder, or giving more time. It's mentally tough, but I just try to give my best with the time I have."
Favorite Opponent (and why): "My favorite opponent is Carly Borst from Regis. Although I do not see her a lot in my sports, I run into her at least once each season. She is such a kind, hard-working, and supportive person. No matter what happens, she always gives me a good luck and a great race hug, even when we have to compete against each other."
Favorite Professional Team: Green Bay Packers
Favorite Professional Athlete: Caitlin Clark
Favorite College Team: Wisconsin Badgers
Cumulative GPA: 4.0
Toughest Individual You’ve Competed Against (and why): "The toughest individual I have competed against is Iszy Sonnetag from Cadott. She is a 2-time State Champion in the 400 meters, and is an absolute stud in all of her other events (and sports). She is so humble and kind, but so hard-working and strong as an athlete."
Most Admired High School Teammate (and why): "I admire Inez Schmidt the most from my high school team. As a freshman, she was in the top 10 in the state for cross country and the 1600-meter run state runner-up in Track & Field. Although she would beat almost every single person in our school and area, she has never acted like it. She showed up, put in the time, and never thought she was better than anyone else. She was in the gym or outside early in the morning, late at night (even after a basketball game), and each weekend and vacation. Her dedication and determination are things I admire most about her, along with being so humble about her accomplishments."
College Plans: "I plan on attending Minnesota State, Mankato, to pursue a nursing degree and run Track & Field next year in college."
Activities Outside of Sports: "I enjoy lifting weights, hanging out with my friends, going on the lake, swimming, hiking, biking, baking, and taking naps outside of sports."

Favorite Musical Artist: "I do not have a favorite musical artist."
