Wisconsin State Journal Area Player of the Year Catie O'Leary has made a verbal commitment to attend Loyola (IL).  She chose to accept the offer instead of waiting for other, perhaps bigger name offers such as Wisconsin.  The appeal of living in Chicago, feeling comfortable with the staff, and still being relatively close to home swayed her decision heavily.  With Janesville being a fairly short drive to Chicago plus playing twice in Wisconsin each year against fellow Horizon League members UW-Milwaukee and UW-Green Bay, her friends and family should be able to catch plenty of games.  The 5'10'' guard was named a first team AP All-State selection last year after averaging 18.4 points, 6.3 rebounds, and 4.0 assists per game.
