Meet Milwaukee Lutheran athlete Adam Walker Jr. (6-3, 205). He could very well be the state of Wisconsin's modern day version of the old Nike "Bo Knows" commercials.

The classic advertising campaign which ran from 1989-1990 and featuredformer NFL and MLB star Bo Jackson participating in various sportsranging from football and baseball to more exotic sports like cricketand surfing showed Jackson's extraordinary ability to perform at a highlevel of play in numerous sports.

Walker may not be Bo Jackson, but he has certainly shown the ability to excel in multiple sports at the high school level.

Baseball – His No. 1 sport and the sport where he has the brightestfuture, Walker batted .569 with eight home runs and 29 RBI's as ajunior earning all-state, all-conference and team MVP honors atcatcher. He also participated in Major League Baseball's BreakthroughSeries Showcase in Compton, California and has had tryouts with theMinnesota Twins and Milwaukee Brewers. UW-Milwaukee, Indiana Universityand the University of Minnesota have also expressed interest.

Basketball – Walker earned honorable-mention all-conference honors inbasketball as a junior and is listed on WisHoops.net's Other TopSeniors List.

Football – While he plays quarterback, defensive back and punter forMilwaukee Lutheran's football team, Walker recently garnered his firstfootball scholarship offer at a different position thanks to DivisionII Minnesota-Moorhead.

"I was at some football combine in (Milwaukee) that the(Minnesota-Moorhead) coach was working," Walker said. "I was playingquarterback, but then I went to play some wide receiver. He liked me atwide receiver and after the combine he talked to me and said, 'you area big target and athletic and would love to have you on our team, so Iam going to offer you a scholarship at wide receiver.'"

Minnesota-Moorhead isn't the only school showing interest in Walkerthough. Mail has also come from Indiana, Pennsylvania and WisconsinLutheran.

Walker was named a second-team all-conference punter as a junior.

Where does all the athletic ability come from?

Look no further than the person he is named after, his father AdamWalker, who is the defensive coordinator for football and head coachfor track and field at Division III Concordia University.

So for the record, Adam Walker Jr. knows baseball, basketball and football. Next up, cricket and surfing.
