Milkowski reaches plateau
Waupun girls' volleyball head coach Keith Milkowski picked up career win No. 800 Tuesday, in a 25-9, 25-13, 25-12 Eastern Wisconsin Conference sweep of Kiel.
Milkowski has amassed an overall record of 800-183; an .814 winning percentage in 22 seasons as head coach. In his tenure, Waupun has reached the state tournament 14 years and every season since 2001. The Warriors' record is 27-3 in the state tournament and they have brought home 11 gold balls.
This season, Waupun has tallied a 34-7 overall record and locked up yet another Eastern Wisconsin Conference regular season title. The Warriors will also most likely receive a bye in the first round of the Division 2 playoffs next Tuesday as their own regional's top seed.
