In a great non-conference contest pitting the #2 team in Division 5, Barneveld, against the #4 team in Division 5, Assumption, it was no surprise that the packed crowd in Barneveld got a great game. In the end, Assumption was able to rally in the 4th quarter for a 44-41 victory.
Hannah Whitish of Barneveld scored a game-high 15 points, while Mary Sigler (13 points) and Gena Grundhoffer (11) reached double-figures for Assumption.
