Sam Stange of Eau Claire North boys hockey has been selected as the PlayInTheDells.com Athlete of the Week for the week of December 18 through 24 after a vote on WSN. 

Gunner Wilder of Cameron boys basketball finished second in the voting. 

Stange scored 4 goals and added an assist in Huskies' win over Somerset, 8-4, on Thursday. Stange has 18 goals and 9 assists on the season. 

Eau Claire North is 7-2-1 overall this season.
