Below are the PlayInTheDells.com Athlete of the Week Nominees for the week of February 19 through 25. Voting is open until Thursday at 4pm, so be sure to vote for who you feel is most deserving and spread the word. Users may vote once per day.

PlayInTheDells.com Athlete of the Week Nominees: February 19-25

Jena Forrestal, Janesville Parker girls basketball: Forrestal helped Janesville Parker advance to Division 1 sectional play as a 13-seed. She scored a game-high 17 points in the Vikings' 56-52 win over 4-seed Middleton on Friday. On Saturday, Jena netted a career-best 21 points in a 45-39 overtime win against Watertown. Forrestal, a 5-foot-3 sophomore, is averaging 8.8 points per game for Janesville Parker, 10-14 overall, who plays top-seed Mukwonago in a D1 sectional semi-final on Thursday at Elkhorn. 

Anna Lutz, Marshall girls basketball: Lutz helped Marshall advance to Division 3 sectional play. On Friday in a regional semi-final, she netted a career-best 30 points in the Cardinals' win over Poynette, 79-62. On Saturday in a regional final, she scored a game-high 22 points in a 56-47 win over Lodi. Lutz, a 6-foot freshman, is averaging 11.8 points, 6 rebounds, 1.8 steals and 1.1 blocks per game for Marshal, 23-1 overall. The Cardinals face Platteville in a D3 sectional semi-final on Thursday at Oregon. 

Jeremy Schoenherr, Stratford wrestling: Schoenherr defeated Jake Baldwin of Colemen in the Division 3 138-pound title match, 13-5, and became the 15th four-time state champion in state history. Schoenherr, a Wisconsin recruit, finished the year 36-0; his other state titles were at 113 as a freshman, 126 as a sophomore and 138 last season. 

Sam Stuhl, Ellsworth wrestling: Stuhl pinned Traeto Saint of Prairie du Chien late in the third period to capture the Division 2 138-pound championship to become the 16th four-time state champion. Stuhl, a North Dakota State recruit, ended the year with a 41-1 record; his other state titles came at 120 as a freshman at Prescott, and 126 as a sophomore and 132 as a junior. This is the third time in state history that two wrestlers joined the four-time champion club in the same year, (2002, 2008). 

Kaleim Taylor, Milwaukee Academy of Science boys basketball: Taylor scored a career-high 37 points in the Novas' 88-83 win over Destiny on Wednesday. In a 65-58 win over Edgerton on Friday, he netted 25 points. Taylor, a 6-foot-2 sophomore, is averaging 22.9 points per game for the Novas, 14-8 overall, who begin WIAA regional play this week.
