Division 1

In the final WisSports.net Division 1 Coaches Poll of the season, Oshkosh North remained in the top spot of the rankings, as they have most of this year. Sun Prairie is second, while Franklin slides up to third. Brookfield East dropped a late game to Sussex Hamilton, as the Spartans missed out on the Greater Metro title and dipped to sixth this week.

Division 2

Kaukauna moved back to the top spot in the last D2 Coaches Poll of the year, as Pewaukee's tight loss to Whitnall dropped the Pirates all the way down to sixth, one spot behind Whitnall. Cedarburg fell from seventh to tenth this week after falling to Nicolet in the regular season finale.

Division 3

Not much changed in Division 3 this week, with unbeaten defending state champion Xavier once again the #1 ranked team. Valders fell to New Holstein and dropped from eighth to tenth, one spot behind the Huskies. Wrightstown dropped out, allowing New Holstein to move into the top ten.

Division 4

Destiny spent the first 13 weeks of the season in the top spot of the Division 4 Coaches Poll, but in the last rankings, the Eagles narrowly dip to second after dropping the final three games of the year to finish 16-5. Unbeaten New Glarus takes over the top spot. Roncalli moves into the poll at ninth this week.

Division 5

No ranked Division 5 teams suffered losses last week, which is a big change from the way things have gone most o the year. There was only some minor shuffling as a result, with Bangor ending the season at #1, just as they began it.
