Janesville Craig named the preseason favorite in Division 1 baseball rankings once again
Janesville Craig began 2017 as the preseason favorite to claim the D1 state title, but after winning a third straight Big Eight title and earning a top seed in the playoffs, the Cougars were upset in the playoffs by Beloit Memorial
The return of three All-Conference players has Craig in the top spot in the Baseball Wisconsin Yearbook Pre-Season Division 1 Rankings.
Rounding out the top five are Arrowhead, Kimberly, Green Bay Preble, and Sun Prairie.
