The Wisconsin Collegiate Conference has announced its 2017-18 Men's Basketball All-Conference and postseason awards. 

State champion UW-Washington produced several recipients. A.J. Barnes was named the WCC-East Men's Basketball Player of the Year, and Steve Murphy was named the WCC-East Men's Basketball Coach of the Year.

Hudson Barsness (Wisconsin Heights HS) of UW-Baraboo was named the Player of the Year in the WCC-West. UW-Richland coach Zach Thayer, a former player for the Roadrunners and Royall HS, was named the WCC-West Coach of the Year.

The WCC also announced its All-Tournament Team:
