As part of the weekly preview I produce every Thursday showcasing the best games from around the state, I always highlight one contest as the Game of the Week. To expand on that, each week I'll post a poll where you -- the fans -- can vote for who you think will win the Game of the Week.

Week 6 Game of the Week: Kimberly (4-1, 4-1; D1 #2) at Neenah (5-0, 5-0; D1 #4) -- Friday, 7 pm

Neenah dropped four games last year, all to heavyweight programs. They already got revenge for two of them with a win over Appleton North a few weeks ago, and now comes perhaps the biggest revenge opportunity of them all. The Rockets felt like they had a good chance to dethrone the Papermakers last year, but as they often do, Kimberly found a way to pull out the victory, as D.J. Stewart scored a 10-yard touchdown with 4:31 left in the game to lift Kimberly to a 15-8 victory after trailing most of the second half. Kimberly already saw its lengthy winning streak come to an end earlier this year, but the very young team has responded well and is continuing to get better. They're certainly in for a challenge against a veteran Neenah squad that has been very impressive this season and is hungry to prove they belong among the state's elite teams.
