The Milwaukee Marshall co-op had already secured a playoff spot prior to last Thursday's non-conference MPS crossover against Milwaukee Career & Tech. Ed. That didn't stop running back Amareon Allen from putting on a show, however. He carried the ball 29 times for 356 yards and 3 touchdowns in a 40-12 victory.

Waukesha North nearly pulled off an upset in Week 9, but came up just short in a 35-28 defeat against Arrowhead. As he's done all season, North junior quarterback Johnny Kelliher put up big numbers, completing 36-of-55 passes for 346 yards and three touchdowns for the Northstars.

Monona Grove receiver Sam Hepp caught just five passes in the team's 35-14 running clock win over Watertown that clinched an unbeaten regular season and Badger-South title, but he sure made the most of them. Four of those five catches went for touchdowns, as he finished with 213 receiving yards for the Silver Eagles.
