Wisconsin Wrestling Online Team Rankings: January 17

The Teams

Division 1

Stoughton maintains its grip on the top position in the D1 team rankings, as it has since the onset of the season. Marshfield was one of the week’s biggest movers, jumping from seventh to third. Slinger is also up four spots from ninth to fifth. Burlington slid three positions to sixth as did new No. 7 Holmen.

Division 2

For the first time this season, Ellsworth sits atop the D2 team rankings. Former No. 1 Freedom slides to second while Denmark is up to spots to fifth.

Division 3

Only one change in the D3 team rankings this week as Lancaster and Weyauwega-Fremont switch spots in the running order. Lancaster is now fifth and Weyauwega-Fremont is sixth.

Wisconsin Wrestling Online Individual Rankings: January 17

New No. 1s

Five wrestlers earned new No. 1 designations this week.

In Division 1, Waterford’s Alex Guardiola is up two spots to No. 1 at 152 pounds.

Luxemburg-Casco’s Bryce Bosman moved down a weight class and up a spot in the latest rankings. He’s now tops at 132 after being ranked second at 138 in D2.

D3 saw three new No. 1 wrestlers this week. Koltin Grzybowski of Coleman is now No. 1 at 113 after being tabbed No. 2 a week ago. Darlington/Black Hawk’s Kolbe Ubersox is the new No. 1 at 138. He was previously fourth at 145. Jacob Geise of Bonduel is tops at 195 after being third at 220 a week ago.
