Bio O'Connell was a two-way first-team all-conference selection as a junior earning honors at both quarterback and linebacker. O'Connell received Eau Claire Leader-Telegram honorable-mention all-area and first-team all-conference honors at quarterback as a sophomore in 2008. He also garnered second-team all-conference praise at linebacker. Named Eau Claire Leader-Telegram honorable-mention all-area and first-team all-conference at quarterback as a freshman. Also received second-team all-conference accolades at defensive back that season. Invited to the U.S. Army National Combine in San Antonio. Other Sports: Track-state qualifier in the triple jump as a sophomore.
