| Bio | To say Marshall is strong would truly be an understatement. Of course strength comes along with earning the title of 2010 High School Powerlifting National Champion of the 242-pound weight class. It also comes when you bench press 379.5-pounds, squat 698.5-pounds and deadlift 577.5-pounds in route to a national title. You can also throw in two state records, two American records and one national record for good measure. Don't confuse Marshall for an oversized brute with no skill on the football field though. A three-year starter, he was named honorable-mention all-conference as a sophomore before adding CNI Newspapers honorable-mention all-suburban and first-team all-conference honors as a junior. He also received first-team all-conference acclaim on the defensive line last season. |
